Conditions Of Carriage

1. Green Light Couriers (hereinafter referred to as "the Carrier", which expression will include its servant agents and sub-contractors) is not a common carrier and will accept no liability as such. All carriage of goods or other services performed shall be subject only to these conditions of carriage and the Carrier reserves the right to accept or refuse any goods or to provide any services at its discretion.
2. The consignor or his authorised agent shall not tender for carriage any explosive inflammable or otherwise dangerous or damaging goods without presenting a full description of these goods and in default of so doing shall indemnify the Carrier therefore.
3. The Carrier accepts no responsibility for any claims, demands or damage, including injury, delay, or loss of any nature arising out of or incidental to the carriage or any services ancillary thereto or which may occur at any time after the goods have been delivered to the Carrier and before the goods have been delivered to the Consignee whether due to alleged to be due to misconduct or negligence on the part of the carrier or not and whether the cause of the damage is known or unknown to the Carrier.
4. The Carrier may arrange with any other person or company to undertake the carriage hereby contracted for or services ancillary thereto and any such person or company, its servants agents and employees shall be entitled to the benefit of these conditions to the same extent as the Carrier.
5. The person delivering any goods to the Carrier for carriage hereby warrants he is authorised to do so and to sign the consignment note for the Consignor.

INSURANCE OF GOODS BY APPLICATION

Terms and Conditions of Credit

1. GENERAL
   These terms and conditions of credit shall apply to the exclusion of all others including any terms and conditions of the applicant (whether on customers order form or otherwise). No services will be performed by Green Light Couriers on any terms or conditions other than those set out herein.
2. PRICE
   Upon signing of this application/agreement, it is agreed the prices quoted will remain firm for a period of six (6) months from date of application/agreement.
3. PAYMENT
   (A) Payment terms are 30 days. (B) Without limitation on Green Light Couriers other legal rights and remedies interest from the due date may be charged on overdue accounts at the rate of 21% per annum charged monthly.
4. DELIVERY
   If a delivery time or date is specified Green Light Couriers will endeavor to deliver within the time so specified but in no circumstances will Green Light Couriers be liable for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever caused directly or indirectly by any delay in or failure of delivery
.
5. DANGEROUS GOODS
   The applicant agrees not to tender for carriage any explosive, inflammable or otherwise dangerous goods without presenting a full description of those goods and in default of so doing shall be liable for all loss and damage caused by thereby.
6. JURISDICTION
   Proper law of all contracts arising between Green Light Couriers and the applicant shall be law of the State of Victoria and parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of that State.
7. GUARANTEE
   That in the event of the Applicant being a Company then the Directors and signatories hereof agree to be personally bound by these terms and conditions of credit and shall, if called upon to do so, pay any amount due by the Applicant.
