A priority service - First available vehicle and exclusive Direct delivery. Includes optional telephone call upon completion advising delivery time and receiver’s name. |

Pick up and deliver within 2 hours of booking (up to 25km) |
3 hour |
Pick up and deliver within 3 hours of booking (up to 25km) |
4 hour |
Pick up and deliver within 4 hours of booking (up to 25km) |
Average delivery times are significantly less than the maximums quoted.
Adverse traffic, weather conditions and distance can cause delays.
The above service levels operate between 7.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
Services outside these times and public holidays incur an after hours surcharge.
